The plan will create millions of jobs, reduce costs for families, and lower taxes on working and middle-class Americans.

How The Build Back Better Agenda Will Benefit Key Congressional Districts

New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District 

Clean Energy

  • NJ-05 employs 6,117 workers in the clean energy sector, including the solar, wind, energy efficiency, and clean vehicle industries.

  • The Build Back Better agenda includes investments in clean energy that would give NJ-05’s clean energy workers a wage boost.

New School Construction 

  • NJ-05 includes the second fastest growing county by population in the state.

  • The Build Back Better agenda includes investments to help build new schools to serve the growing population.

  • 1 out of 10 of the worst nursing homes in the state are in NJ-05.

  • The Build Back Better agenda includes investments to fund home and community care for seniors.

Maine’s Second Congressional District
