VIRTUAL EVENT IN AZ: LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND ELECTED OFFICIALS TO DISCUSS NEED FOR AMERICAN JOBS PLAN, REJECT GOP DEMANDS THAT HURT ARIZONA FAMILIES
Phoenix, AZ  On Wednesday, June 9 at 1:00PM ET/10:00AM PT, Tempe City Councilmember Lauren Kuby and local Arizona restaurant and venue owners will join Invest in America Action Arizona for a virtual roundtable to discuss the need for the job creating investments in the American Jobs and Families Plan.

They will also discuss how the Republican demands that are stalling progress on the legislation would be harmful to working families in the state, including prioritizing tax breaks for corporations over Arizona families, gutting funding for Arizona’s essential workers, raising taxes on middle-class families by imposing user fees, and leaving job-creating investments on the table.
